Cook a healthy meal-Plan a healthy and nutritious meal that will give u energy- an egg white ommelette with vegetables for breakfast, stir fried chicken and vegetables for lunch, lentil soup and salad for dinner.


Create a peaceful setting- Put some of your favorite music, something slow and relaxing, keep lighting down and you can light some nice scented candles. Good sounds and smells will create a perfect mood for a day spa.


Masaage, facial and hot bubble bath-,One of the most popular treatment is give yourself a facial, apply a face mask and put cucumber slices in your eyes. Then just relax.


You can also use a massage chair or a hand held massage device to soothe your back, neck and shoulders. If your friends are with you, you can give each other back and shoulder massages to relax. You can do your nails. Then have a nice hot bubble bath, using fragrant salts and candles. Lay back and enjoy a nice glass of wine.
